History
Since its founding in 1983, GDS Technology has manufactured reagent enzymes and test kits for clinical diagnostics to provide improved quality healthcare. Through the application of patented, proprietary technology, our scientists and technologists have developed specially engineered enzymes that selectively target specific analytes. The enzymes are designed to provide better specificity, selectivity and increase stability to the test system.
In 1992, we began to offer the services of our production facility and technical staff for outside contract fermentation and bioprocessing. We offer broad expertise in cell production and protein purification. In order to better serve our customers, we are currently undergoing a significant expansion, to be completed in 2008. With this expansion, GDS Technology is becoming Stanbio Life Sciences.
